What is the employment outlook for this job?

The outlook on this job doesn't look so well as it said that it is going to start declining because many of the family owned farm are being taken over by large farm corporations. Every year can be different for famers, as production, expansion, and markets are affected by weather, and other factors. "Large corporate farms are fast replacing small farm" (Ferguson, 135). This quote goes to show that many of the small farms are being taken over and run by large corporate farms. This quote helps to show that there is some chances that small farms will be able to succeed with their business.
